The module COMBINUM Reports gives you the possibility to create Microsoft® Word reports like quotation letters and order acknowledgements.

Automatic generation of correct quotation letters

By letting COMBINUM generate your quotation letters the time spent on writing is saved and you can focus on your customer relations. At the same time the risk of human errors in the quote like a missing zero in a price figure is minimized.

Define reports yourself

The reports are defined using the administration tool COMBINUM Architect. This means that you can create and maintain your configuration reports without engaging consultants for development of hard coded reports.

Freedom in design

A wide range of design possibilities has been included in COMBINUM Reports. So you can almost get any design you like within the frames of Microsoft® Word.

Some of the design possibilities in COMBINUM Reports:

• Word styles for paragraphs, texts and tables
• Fonts, font sizes, bold, italic, underline etc
• Tables
• Bulleted lists, number lists, multilevel lists
• Headers and footers, can be different for first page, even and odd pages
• Images
• Page breaks, text breaks, column breaks and tabs

The reports can present all data from a configuration - parameter values and properties. But the possibilities do not end there. Also all data that can be generated based on the values of a configuration can be included in a report.
